Complaint Review: Eurasian Auto Parts

I purchased an ABS brake pump module for a 92 Subaru Legacy from EAP. After speaking with the company they told me the part would cost $ 135.00 plus shipping cost. I never received the part and was told that it had been sent parcel post. Given the fact that I am a Canadian customer I gave them the benefit of doubt that it had been sent but thought with parcel post it could have been held up at the border. Now we are many months later and still no part. My attempts to get a response from EAP as to the status of the part have been futile. I have called EAP many times only getting through to someone twice. The first time I was told they would trace the shipment and the second time I was told they have to check on it. I still have had no further satisfaction.
