These scammers are part of a used auto part search engine. They send you an e-mail after you send out the part you are looking for. These guys probably respond to everyone just to get your money in there pockets.
I ordered a Land Rover heater unit from these guys back in Nov '06. After several calls and them telling me it was being sent off, The original was damaged, and excuse after excuse I finally recived the wrong part after a detailed description of what I wanted in mid Jan '07. I sent this part back after numerous phone calls to EAP (rarely getting anything but an answering machine). The shipping was 30.00 voiding the original free shipping and bringing my grand total to 180.00.
After they recieved the part we went through months of more phone coversations of them telling me they were running my card. They never have and they stopped picking up the phone a long time ago. It's been four months and no refund.
I reported this to the BBB and FBI and the Englewood Police department (which you should do as well). These are pure scammers. Lots of complaints, never return calls, rarely pick up the phone and will rob blind. Never do business with them and lets all do our part to put this a**hole out of business.
