Anthony David Tobin was finally indicted in Spring of 2010 and is presently incarcered for a period of not less than seven (7) years in Federal Prison to be followed by Supervised Probation upon his release for a period three (3) years thereafter;
His accomplise Katherine Ellen Twigg has received indictment of five (5) years of incarcation along with three (3) years of Supervised Probation;
Al Levy is still a Fugitive from Justice at this time and a Federal Warrant still remains in effect until his capture;
