I received a letter today from the above named lottery company saying that I had won USD 615,810.00, one of 17 winners to share a grand prize. Ref: EMS/425911/04 Batch No. 00979015.

Attached was a form from the Protective Security Co. for me to fill out in order to have the funds transferred into my bank account. The form wanted my banking information and alot of personal information.
The letter was postmarked Spain, signed by Roberto Moreno (Vice President). It actually looked like the real thing.

I looked on the internet and found a lot of "rip-off report" letters regarding this scam, a Santa Lucia Security Co with the exact same amount of lottery winnings and the same format, just different names and addresses of the principals.

Whoever gets one of these letters, do not send them any money. Look at the other letters on the internet. Obviously this is a fraud.
