Euro Million Loteria Espanol S A. / Protective Security Company S.L Ripoff, Fraudulent, Suspicious Surprise Letter, Madrid, Spain
I recieved a letter saying I HAVE WON $615,810.00 in the annual Euro Million Lottery. I never even entered such a lottery! Moreover, the letter came from a company in Spain! with no return address on the envelope! I am to FAX them personal banking information and next of kin information. I was given a name and number to call in Spain, which I did and recieved no professionalism which confirmed my suspicion!

at the end of the letter, this is what it states:
"You will be paying 5% of your total prize money to the agent after you recieve the money."
Why would I have to pay someone to recieve what I have won!
