Complaint Review: EURO MILLIONES LOTTERIA BOARD S.L - CASOLIN SECURITY COMPANY S.A.

I received a letter informing me that I won $615,810.00 and the money was secured with a security company called CASOLIN SECURITY COMPANY S.A in Madrid. I had to fulla form and fax it to the REMITTANCE DEPARTMENT- HEAD OFFICE/O.B. I decided to call first to verify the authenticity of the security company. I spoke to the claims agent DR ROY SANCHEZ ,foreign operations manager. To my suprise,I was speaking to a SPANIsH MAN WITH AN AFRICAN accent!!! I decided to check the security company which does not exist.
