Complaint Review: Euro Millon Loteria Espanol

Received notification of 3rd place lottery winnings of $650,000.00 from the Euro Millon International Promotion Programme.

I never entered this "drawing", never even heard of them!

Due to "mixed up" (great command of the english language) of some numbers and names, we ask that you keep this award top secret from public notice until your claim has been processed and your money remitted to your account as this is part of our security protocol to avoid double claiming or unwarranted taking of advange of this program by participants.

Bottom line, they want you to pay 5% to the "ticket" agent, and provide all your personal information, bank, etc. NO, NO, NO!!!

Several "clues" include:
The "company" logo is "clip art" directly from the Internet, with a "fake" watermark, coupled with the fact that your individual "notification letter" is a mass produced "copy" without your name on it. A bad attempt to make things look legitimate has someone's "signature" (Silvia Garcia) at the bottom.

I really hope that no one falls for this scam, you never pay money to receive something that you have won.
