Complaint Review: Euro-Pro Operating LLC

When I placed an order for a Shark cordless sweeper I was quoted a price of $5.95 for an extra battery to which I agreed. When I received the order it had the charge for the battery at $28.75. I emailed the company and complained. They replied that they would issue a chargeback to my card for the total amount ($28.75) I never received the chargeback. They did not reply to my following emails about the matter.
