I purchased ashark 490 steam iron that broke before the warranty was up. When I returned it they sent me one to replace it that was much cheaper,and more light weight. The warranty and the email they sent e said it would be replaced with one of same or greater value. When I called them they said this is the only iron they have. OK the company that makes irons has only one and it is the cheapest one they make. They like and they have terrible customer service. The women that take your complaints are rude. They will not replace my iron with the model I have or one better.
