Complaint Review: Euro-Pro Operating LLC

We ordered the Shark NV22L and it arrived broken.  The brush attachment has never worked (spinned).  We called the company and they argued with us (some guy in what sounded like India) and said we didn't attach it correctly.  My husband is an Engineer and knows how to put things together.  The brush does NOT spin on the carpet.  We told them we want a replacement part and they said they would get it out ASAP.  Our warranty is about to expire on it and we haven't even had a chance to try the thing out.  We have called them and called them with no luck.  They don't answer the phone and forget the "live chat".  Customer service is horrible. If you DO order this and don't like it you have to pay the shipping which is half the cost of the vaccuum. DONT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS...they are horrible.  They are telling us the "part" is on backorder.  They "tag" your computer so you can't go back in and inquire again.  It's really sad and we are now filing reports with everyone....
