Complaint Review: Euromillones Loteria

I received notification on 2nd June that I had won 785790(GBP) with the numbers 18-24-28-33-37-45 on ticket number 214-1781-501, with the serial number 7216-05.

My Claims agent is Luis Alberto

The interesting part was the request that 'the award be kept from public notice until the claim has been processed and the money remitted to your account'

In the meantime, please be so kind as to fill in all your personal banking details on the enclosed form, and fax it to 0034 911 311 853, which is, allegedly, a premium-rate charge number, which allegedly puts out a recorded 'engaged (line-busy)tone' but does not disconnect your fax by 'dropping the line'.

As we do not take part in either the UK National Lottery (LOTTO) or it's European counterpart - whatever it's called, I 'Googled' "Euromillones Loteria"
