Complaint Review: Euromillones Lottery Primitiva S.a. ; Seguros Bilbao S.A.

I've recieved letter via post , informing me that I won 850,831 Euro and to claim it I have to fax my personal and bank details to claims agent mr . Pedro Sanchez , transfer manager of SEGUROS BILBAO SA . I called Mr. Sanchez on +34 645622992 asking him how could I win anything if I've never participated in the lottery ? He wasn't very convincing . Also fact that he picked up the phone call in a very casual way , was very strange . I've expected calling some office and the person would at least answer in a professional way !

The letters seamed very strange too. Its all photocopy and there isn't any sign of original stamp , or so . Also , my name doesn't appear on this letter , exept the envelope and the adresses and the phone numbers of the company and its 'agent' does not match on both pages ( there is 2 pages )!!!!
Its a serious scam and should be prosecutted !
