Europcar MExico Cancun Europcar Car broke down, they charged me for the extra day I was stranded and wont return emails Cancún Quintana Roo

REnted a car from europcar MExico from June 10-18.  On the way to the airport (we allowed 3.5 hours before flight for a 30 minute drive) our car broke down.  None of the numbers for roadside assistance were mobile friendly for the US and after 45 minutes, a cab driver assisted.  If europcar would have allowed us to go with the cab and if they would have retrieved the vehicle, we could have made our flight.  Instead they said we could not leave the car until they came to get it.  We kiept the cab an hour waiting.  When they arrived, they didn't come to tow it and let us go. They gave us a different car and wanted us to return it.  Byt the time we got to the airport, we missed our flight and had to stay another night.  We went to a hotel and paid another $400 in airline change fees.  We were told they could reimburse us, but we had to call the headquarters in the UK.  We called the UK who miled us for receipts and information for over 2 months, then suddenly said they couldn't help because Mexcio isn't in their jurisdiction.

Mexican managers are not returning any emails or acknowledging.  Sent delivery and read receipts with emails and I know they have received.  So they are ignoring me.  I have filed a fraud claim on myu credit card and will get back just $130 (the rental price) and none of the costs for missing my flight. 

The only good thing I can say is their mechanic determined the break down wasn't our fault.
