Complaint Review: European Auto Service / Ferndale Mazda

We took our car here for service thinking they would know how to remedy the problem - boy were we wrong. Spent $1500.00 on repairs to engine only to see the engine completely fail  2 months later. The owner declined to honor the 12 month written warranty he gave me when we had the car serviced here.

Now our car is in the junkyard for scrap and parts.  Very dissatisfied w. the quality (or lack thereof) on workmanship and/or service at this business - do yourself a favor and keep driving right past this place.

I have seen numerous complaints from other dissatisfied customers.
