Lies, lies, lies? is this the best retort you can make Mark?

Answer the questions below for the general public, you haven't made any comment on these topics which ARE relevant to your cause.  ALL you have done is avoid answering them.

Is it not true that you committed fraud in France for over 8 years?

Is it not true you lied to me regarding your status in France and therfore asked to be paid into your wifes account and also cash?  I hope as per your comments you did account for the payments as we did our end.

Is it not true the bailiffs chased you around the woods for years and visited your "rented accomodation" which was Vanessa parents home?

Is it not true I visited the Tax authorities in France with you were your debt is now 120k?

Is it not true you were arrested for being drunk and disorderly?

Is it not true that your own daughter doesn't want to see you?

Is it not true that the other investor Mr S Jones hasn't made a complaint and isn't likely to? why? because he knows the project was a "PUNT"  (I am playing golf with Steve next week so how does that work then?)

Is it not true you were sacked form HCG for incompetance (you were drunk)???

Is it true that you left your wife in the s**t with debts and also a personal liability under the French law for YOUR debts?

Is it not true you invested 7.5k in a project then dissapeared (ran away) to the UK?


The list goes on and on and I simply cannot be bothered replying anymore.  I have posted my email address above in an earlier retort.  If anybody would like to ask me a direct question please do so.

Threatening behaviour? I would imagine I would be the last in a long list of people waiting to deal with you Mark.  I find it staggering that that is all you can come up with.

If you continue to post blatant lies and defamatory comments then I will no choice but to post some of your private emails on here.  The damage will be irepairable to you.

You have stated "deflecting attention" how can anybody take your comments seriously given you won't answer the questions.  I find it bizarre you haven't answered any of these.

Why not post answers to above? be careful to tell the truth as I will check ALL the emails forwarded to me from various people and post them on here.  Let the public judge who tells porkies.

You emailing me on my private email with threats of what your going to do, why don't you get on with it and stop wasting my  time.  I am in the process of buying a Golf course over here in France and haven't got time to deal with morons.

I will not get involved in any further correspondence with you on this subject, you wouldn't know the the truth if it got up and bit you in the face.

On each occassion that you have had difficulties with anyone conected with you in business, you resort to this type of tactic, I expected it, pleased that you did it, just highlights to everyone that you deflect attention from yourself and try to bully and intimidate people.
May have been very successful for you in the past, hasn't worked with me.

Don't need a solicitor to press charges agianst you for threatening behaviour, you certainly do.

Good afternoon Mr Dowding.  I find it quite bizarre that you have used your ex wife’s name to make a rebuttal. "Nessa" short for Vanessa. 

Quite bizarre as I am in contact with Vanessa and her parents helping to clear up the mess you left them in.  Perhaps I should ask Vanessa’s parents to make a comment on here? 

There is obviously something wrong with you mentally Mark.  Death threats? Get real why would I waste my time dealing with you?

The fact of the matter is crystal clear.  You along with another person a Mr. Jones invested in a project that simply didn't reach the expectations due to market falls.  Mr. Jones doesn't have any problems with this and I speak to him weekly and even play golf with him.  Would Mr. Jones be in such close contact with me if I had ripped him off?


The FACTS:

1: You invested in a project.
2: The project ran for over two years.
3: The project failed because key people who were supposed to do specific tasks disappeared into hiding because of their fraudulent operations in France. (I would have never offered you the investment if I had prior knowledge of your illegal activities) NOTE: I can now understand why you wanted all commissions paid in cash that you received from me.  You even had me send monies to your wife’s account (accounted for) which there were no declarations to the UK tax authorities. You are digging a hole you can’t get out of!
4: You are now back in the UK on the bones of your arse financially after having everything taken away by Bailiffs for fraud in France FACT.
5: You are now trying to blackmail me into paying you compensation for your own negligence and fraudulent activities. Mr. Jones doesn’t have a problem does he?
6: Yes I will be retiring to Florida later this year.  Have worked hard for 20+ years and in the process of selling a property portfolio.
7: If you feel you have a genuine grievance then go through the proper channels, get a Solicitor and sue me. 
8: I have serviced over 2,500 clients over the last 10 years with only a handful of complaints.
9: I do not make “death threats” why would I need to do so? I am extremely solvent with a large portfolio of private wealth.  In fact you have a copy of a bank statement is this not true?
10: You seem to think that posting defamatory comments on the Internet is going to get a refund, couldn’t be further than the truth.  You have nothing now, and most probably never will do.  You will more than likely end your sad alcoholic life on a park bench in the middle of winter.  I have seen this life path many times before and you Mr. Dowding are going that way.   

Prospective employers (as you are seeking employment) will not be able to gain a reference from your last employers leaving a 10 year gap on your extremely weak C.V. I would suggest anybody seeking to employ you should contact “The Holiday Cottages Group” for a reference which I guarantee will be refused.  

You see Mark; everything I have ever done is within the constraints of the law.  Tax paid in the UK and from the French SARL giving me complete piece of mind.  I sleep like a baby at night and don’t have to look over my shoulder when in public.   You can keep making rebuttals here if you like as I quite enjoy giving retorts in between rounds of Golf.  You need to come up with something more interesting than “death threats” Why not make a comment about my wife’s wealth?  As you know she is the heiress to a pharmacy group in Ireland.  Is this going to be the next retort? Could it be IRA money? Or some other form of illicit gains?

I reiterate: Get a Solicitor and sue me or keep embarrassing yourself, your daughter and your family on the Internet.

Chester thinks that he is above the law, he has threatened my life and frightened a number of my former friends and colleagues.
He should not be allowed to get away with this.
He is currently in France, apparently going to Spain, in the short term, then going to live in Florida,
he should not be allowed to do so.

He said to me, "you do not know who you are dealing with stop it or I will make you disappear", I have two witnesses, present at the time

Mr Dowding (we know it's you)

I have to laugh. Mr Dowding iswanted in France for fraud and tax evasion FACT:He recently returned to the UK owing 120k in unpaid TVA, VAT, Tax. He left his wife Vanessa Dowding and his daughter Maddie peniless. Under French law they cannot even receive state benefits as she is also unwittingly now liable for his fraud. Under French law she is liable for the debt. Vanessa is now left in a position where she has to pick up the pieces and fight for a divorce due to Mr Dowdings alcoholic/fraudulent tactivities. (Mark slander is only applicable when a statement isn't true) :)

The bailiffs visited his former "rented" accomodation recently took away his 1990 BMW, lol. Having said that he can now get fit on his "push hire" He lied blatantly several times to the bailiffs andfinally gotcaught out! Alcoholics that tell porkies find themselves digging greater holes as they forget what they have said. Invariably they get caught out by lying (even to their family) Vanessa's parents will no doubt be in a postion to back up my claims as they went through years of hell from this alcoholic. Mark lived in one of their properties they finally made the decision to remove him from the "couch" where he slept for 3 years and throw him out. I think anybody with an ounce of common sense grows tired of answering the door to bailiffs, police, and TXA men.

If you want to play with the big boys Mark then be prepared to take a fall. Investments go up and down. The fact I sold the company (legally under contract) is nobody's business what so ever other than my own. Mr Mark Dowding through his own greed thought he could make a quick buck and it was him who begged to invest. I never sold him anything FACT: As per his written contractwhich is crystal clear in English

Mr Dowding will shortly be receiving a summons for fraud from the French authorities FACT You cant beat the system and non compliance with TVA and Tax (which we all pay)it is simply not on. If I knew at the original time of investment (finding the Angels) Mr Dowding was a corrupt lying cheating alcoholic thenI would have never given him the share options. If I knew at the time he was actively committing fraud then the same applies.

If anybody would like the realistic facts of Mr Dowdings (investment/punt) which collapsed as he ducked and dived for 10 months under the French Radar then please feel free to contact me. I would be more than happy to send you a copy of the original agreement.

Mr Mark Dowding worked for "The Holiday Cottages Group" for 8 years+ and made no provision for TVA (French VAT) or Tax. he is currently under a full investigation by the authorities. he factually owes 120k outstanding bill to be paid.I know this as I sat in the French authorities office with him. I was asked to prepare a statement for Mr Mark Dowding and a repayment attachment to earningsbeing his employer. Needless to say Mr Dowding should really be onUK television as he is by farthe bestmagician I have ever seen!

I would also expect a certain Mr Brian Fisher to post something defamatory shortly. Come on guys post what you want, nobody really gives a s**t as the proof about your fraud has been out in the air for months.

Mr Dowding, I am currently in Florida on holidayand enjoying a well earned break. I can guarantee that Mr Mark Dowding is in the UK living ina slumwith his professional reputation in tatters. he was dismissed by "The Holiday CottagesGroup" for bringinf the company into disrepute. I have the original emails here that he sent to the CEO. What does this tell you? correct, fact is fact.

Wing it away was a project privately funded with over 100k of my company money. If a project fails it is due to economic market deciding factors.It is one the hardest markets in the world to braek into and requires endless funding.It doesn't help when the "French Country Manager" Mr Mark Dowding decides to dissapear with peoples monies. He fraudulently took monies from people here in France and then as they say "up North" "did a runner".

I am awaiting a (supposed) Solicitors letter from Mr Dowding who has threatned to sue over his unhappiness. I don't personally think it will ever arrive as he doesn't have a pot to piss in literally.

I have been in business with EDML for over 20 years, I have had probably 5 run ins with people in that time but serviced thousands of clients.Not a bad record and equates to around 0.005% of unhappy clients. Who would you believe? A Director of 9 companies, brand owner, multiple trademark owner, member of Anglo French business communityor a pennilmess drunk whom is being chassed by the official authorities for FRAUD.

Not rocket science Mark, get a lawyer and do it properly. You only make an even bigger t**t of yourself on here. If your going to write a rebuttal make sure your not drunk when you do so. I have nothing to hide, sleep well at night (like a boulder) and won't have to look over my shoulder ever, can you say that?

NOTE: Factually incorrect figures, Mr Dowding invested 7500, Mr Fisher bought the company/platform/trading name for 5k. Mr Fisher also has a problem as he is also tryingto sue me for not completing on my contract. he bought a name and platform that's all. Again, contract here is anybody wants it. It isno wonder Mr Dowding is in financial trouble if he can't do basic mathematics :)

I think jealousy is a terrible thing, Just because I am successfulit makes me a target forpeople whom want mylifestyle without putting in the 20 years work! I rest my case. :)Total Vindication on all accounts. Think otherwise Mark? then sue me, put your pennies where your'e mouth is.
