European Outlet Spent $3000 only to receive fake molded bags Internet

This company had good customer service prior to placing my order. Unfortunatly is stopped once the order was received. Not only was I charged $60 by my bank because it was an international company that was receiving the funds, but they never bothered to inform me of the fact that. They claim they are based in New York.

Once I received the order, I looked it over carefully. The bags were moldy, and very obvious fakes. I contacted the company and told them I would be returning the entire order. They agreed to a full refund. At my expense, I returned the bags. The shipment was delivered, with confirmation by FedEx. I waited a week for my refund. I contacted the company via email. They claimed they did not receive the packages. I gave them all of the delivery confirmation information. She said she would look into it. I continued to contact them to find out when I would be receiving my refund. She delayed communication with me by saying she was filing a report with UPS. I didnt ship UPS. I shipped FedEx.

I called and spoke with "Tammy". She gave me attitude and hung up on me. Then refused to answer the phone when I called back.

They refuse to give me a refund because they claim they never received the package. Everyone PLEASE BEWARE - You will not receive Authentic handbags, and you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Responding to your review, I would like to inform you that we are located in NY and our credit card merchant is located overseas We are in business for 14 years and we never had this kind of problem, I'm sorry if you had bad experience with one of our employee, also we have never had any complaints from customers saying that the credit card company charged some extra value, maybe your credit card company charged that fee from you for some reason.

The complaint I wrote was about European Outlets, not Gemini. I do not know how the two companies are affiliated, if in fact they are.

It's unfortunate to hear the op/author experience. Sometimes it can be unlucky if the full scope is not clear.

As a single person working as a freelancer myself I can only say that in my experience with Gemini it was very good. That was back in 09 and I only worked with them twice, both experiences were good. One with Mrs. Mayflower and Travis.
