I ordered a German tag from the online website. After one week a tried to call and the phones didn't work so I sent an email and got a response from a guy named Tyler. He said it will take 2-4 weeks to get the tag, OK. After 3 weeks I sent another email Tyler said the same the thing 2-4 weeks for special orders and its been 5 weeks and he is still saying the same thing, 2-4 weeks on special orders. Stay away from this company.

Hello,
Customer AJ Judeh of North Carolina did in fact order a custom made item. Upon ordering on our site it states 3 times that customs orders take 2-4 weeks.
The customer on the 3rd week emailed 6 times asking where is order was. We explained in several responses that orders can take up to 4 weeks and the order will be shipping and tracking sent upon the item shipping. The next day he emailed again telling us that orders do not take this long etc??.
We opted to issue a full refund on the order as we knew he was not able to wait or would not wait any more (from his post onm here the day after the refund we where right0 Again all of this happened 4-10 days before the order was due.
I warn all other serious business owners to stay away from this person.
