Complaint Review: Eurosender

Eurosender Ripped me and others off, did not provide any service, and wont give me my money back. Internet

I booked a package delivery through Eurosender for a two day service from France to Ireland to send Christmas gifts to my family. The booking confirmation said the courier could arrive anytime from 9 to 6. The courier service did not show that day, or in any of the following days. Numerous calls to Eurosender and the courier provided conflicting information, once Eurosender said they did arrive to collect the package and nobody was home (absolutely untrue). Then Eurosender said the courier did not arrive because they could not find my address (which conflicts with them calling earlier and also has never before happened for any delivery/collection, I provided full address details).

When I pointed this out to Eurosender they stopped engaging with me except to say that under their terms and conditions they do not give refunds once they have passed a job to a courier (even if the courier does not provide any service). I have since found out from other dissatisfied customers that this happens A LOT (no pickup from the customer combined with conflicting stories and refusal to refund). Their Trustpilot page is full of one star reviews along with very questionable 5 star reviews which I will leave to people themselves to judge veracity. Eurosender ripped me and many others off and I want to warn others not to use Eurosender unless they are happy to just give money for nothing. I wish somebody would investigate these people.
