EuroTech European Auto Service Cheap Slim Auto Service, Rucci European Auto Service Foreign auto repair ripoff, Letourbeu convinced my my LA Mechanic had not done the work he sold me ... He lied then the clutch wouldnt work ... Told me to come back Saturday and still would not make it right Saint George Utah

I brought my car BACK in at 10:30 in the morning of Saturday 7/30/2016 per request from Jon Letourneu (after spending $451.53 on 7/29/16 and repairs not being finished ...had to double clutch to get into gear) I waited till noon and then went to meeting Jon knew about ...repairs still not made right And again he told me to leave it .... for 3 days sitting out in the hot sun unprotected he told me to leave it... I had already made it available three times now for the repairs he already had the money for! His reply to my concern: "so what if you wasted time waiting in the morning,

you're lucky You didn't wait three hours," I asked if he really expected me to make my 80-year-old parents drive 25 miles again to pick me up, and reminded him I was planning drive to LA in 4 days . He said "we're not open today, as he paid the mechanic who said he was done working for the day, $100 cash! Again ....what??? I said he should not think I'm gonna waste anymore time there other than at Court I guess and left with no intention of ever doing business there again and rented a car for my road trip (just under $500 I documented that expense in an email and FAX) After returning from LA to help my parents here in UT I documented all this,

my complaint (including the fact my LA Mechanic swears there is no way I needed new slave and master clutch cylinders) and sent him an email and FAX stating I'd be filing the court papers for small claims in a week if he did not make things right. I also sent him a screen shot of his website confirming their Saturday biz hours, as he kept defending himself saying they're not even open Saturday's... What???? He responded as if I had sent him no facts or documentation claiming he can't understand why I don't just bring the car back as all work is guaranteed or burn back the parts then he'll refund ... Right I responded with: " I am reasonable why are you so terribly unreasonable and unprofessional?

Give me the gas cap you ordered for my MGB and $400.00 and we will go our separate ways And why are you now saying Saturday is after hours like that somehow makes your completely unprofessional treatment of me the customer OK??? your website even at says you're open on Saturdays, screenshot attached, I was told to bring my car in that Saturday by you and by your woman that works there I spoke to you in the morning on the phone Saturday you said to bring it in, etc Tomorrow Aug 22 ,2016 is when I plan to file for small claims court but I'd rather join something already in progress... Just found ripoff report tonight YAY ... These people need to pay up, return the stolen car I read about, and shut down
