She has inspectors that are not true inspectors or she pays the inspectors off to get the house sold. She has rented many houses that are not fit for humanity and has been inspected by Alberta health services and have never passed. She just gives the tenants a notice to move out and move some new ones in so she never has to fix them. She is one of the biggest scam artists in the real estate and her husband Derek that I have ever seen. So please watch out for these two. They're not out to help you there to help themselves. I like to make this report on Eva Austin and Derek Austin they are two realtors that are big scam artists in Innisfail Alberta.also to scam artist about renting out homes and apartments in Innisfail ,red deer, Rocky Mount house. They rented me a home with black mould and full of mice. The water was black when I come out like sewer and smelled like sewer. The sewer ran straight into a pond where it led into the red deer River. The house late every time it rained. The stove quit working and they never replaced it I had to buy my own. I called the Alberta health services. They condemn the house and gave them 30 days to fix it. Eva just gave me a notice to move out. They have been to court many times for the humanity of not for filling their rental units were fixing them up . Beware when you go to buy a place from these two they will sell you a place saying that it is in good shape and in good order they will leave and convince you to have their own inspectors inspect it and have paid these inspectors off so the house will sell. Later on you will find there is many problems with the house or the property. But it is nothing you can do at this point. So beware of these two realtors and do not rent from these people they are scam artists as landlords as realtors. They have hurt many people in the Innisfail red deer Rocky Mount house area and Alberta.
