I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to write you this feedback. you may well aware that I am still dealing with the horrible experience that
Eva house put me through after they charged my VISA card with FULL charge for the
booking amount despite my early cancellation request.
They charged me for FULL amount not partial not for ONE night like every where els in the world and without a remorse or considerations to my request to cancel due to my family issues. There are a norms in hotel industry when some one cancel his
booking which is mostly free of charge of
your cancel... their practices doesn't go with the evaluation we are witnessing nowadays in the way travelers web book and cancel their stay any where in the world like
BOOKING.COM which increase our confidence & convenience as travelers.
Unfortunately in the middle of this I had little to non support from
BOOKING what's so ever. I am the weak party in the middle of this dilemma;
Booking.com get their commission,
Eva charged the room twice for the same stay and Iam the one who paid for of this and get nothing ?!
