I purchased a baby carrier sling/pouch on 9/19/08 online from Eva Lillian, intending to use it this weekend, 10/4/08. The shipping guidelines gave me plenty of time to receive the pouch by this weekend. At the time of purchase, I received an email confirmation, stating that my Visa had been charged the appropriate amount, and upon checking my bank statement, I have verified that the charge was completed.

To date, I have not received any shipping notice by email, nor have I received the pouch in the mail. When I log into my account, there is no "order detail" for my order number, nor is there a shipper's tracking number.

I've called 6 times over the past several days, leaving voicemails each time, and I've emailed twice. Each time I call, there is no ring, it simply rolls striaght to voicemail. There has been no response to my calls or emails. Originally I was just asking for order status and an update on the shipping. My call and email today has now asked them to cancel my order completely and refund my money. I have no doubt that I will have to take this up with my credit card company directly.

I've now placed an order with KangarooKorner, have already received an order confirmation AND shipping confirmation (all in the course of an hour) and they guarantee that it will arrive by Friday, 10/3/08. I couldn't be happier with KangarooKorner's prompt and complete customer service. Avoid Eva Lillian.
