I am gullible...I now am totally certain of that.
I took advantage of the "Free Trial". A major misnomer...this is not free. First, the "Free Trial"starts the day that you order the product NOT the day received.
I ordered on 12/23/16, checked my bank account today and I was charged $98.41 for the Collagen serum and $97.41 for the Eyecream. Today is the 15th day since the order but only 5 days since I received the product. When I called today to question the charges and the time frame, I couldn't get a word in. Brittany was very adept at overriding my questions with her script. I asked for a supervisor after numerous attempts to explain that I had only just received the product, offering to return the product, etc. Brittany would not allow me to speak to a supervisor and actually hung up on me.
So I called right back and got Brian on the phone. Brian didn't bother listening, similarly to Brittany, and continued to read from his script. When I continued to ask for a supervisor, Brian also hung up on me, after wishing me a better day.
I am furious. Please know that their ad is very misleading and you don't have time to actually try the product before you are charged an outrageous amount.
