I have worked at Evaluation Solutions and I can tell you upfront that the whole comany is poorly managed, agents are not paid for services rendered, employees are also poorly treated so that would also explain the highest turnover ratio in any job I have experienced. Jamie Durrance the vice president is a poor excuse for a vice president. That company should be investigated for fraud, there are way too many complaints for non-payment, I would not be surprised if there not cooking the books Bernie Madoff Style. That company may know who I am by this memo but i don't care I live down the street and I'm not sceared of them in anyway shape of form. I don't wish for folks to have a downfall but that company will get there just due, I just pray for the employees that rely on this company since theres not much work out there now a days..
BPO agents should steer far away from this company unless you want hassles in your life.
