Evan Harrison Berger, Michael Hirschkorn and Ronny Oginski personally guaranteed a $50,000 bridge loan for 90 days that I made to their company Infinityonecards.com. The loan was due on December 7, 2012 and they did not make payment of the principal or any interest that was due. I have come to find out that 1 week before the note was signed, Evan Berger, who was represented to me as a very wealthy individual, was evicted from his apartment at Trump Palace in Sunny Isles, Florida. Michael Hirschkorn has a watch collection worth over $100,000 and donates lots of money to the Kabbalah Center of Boca Raton but refuses to pay debts. Ronny Oginski is already insolvent and filed bankruptcy a few years ago. They have not tried to work anything out in good faith or anything and have forced me to hire an attorney to go after them all personally. Evan Harrison Berger, Michael Hirschkorn and Ronny Oginski are all originally from Great Neck, NY. Michael Hirschkorn and Ronny Oginski live in Boca Raton, Florida

Evan Harrison Berger defaulted for the third time on the Settlement Agreement and now has a judgment against him for a $100,000 plus interest and collection costs. Additionally, Evan Berger has been evicted from his home again - Miami Dade County case No.: 13-01009-CC-24.

My. Karmaguy is Mr. Joshua Hamby of South Florida. Mr. Hamby admitted this under oath. Mr. Hamby's Ripoff Report contains material inaccuracies and omissions. There are pending proceedings in Palm Beach County, Florida to determine if Mr. Hamby engaged in Criminal Usury against the people and company in his Report; and, he is also being sued for Defamation by them. Mr. Hamby's misconduct, defamation and threats extended to the familes and children of the people he named in his Ripoff Report. This is being addressed in the courts as well. Rather than accept the facts coming out through more than a year of court proceedings, Mr. Hamby keeps replacing his attorneys--he is now on law firm #3.
