Event Tickets Center Price gouging, no refunds.

This company is a SCAM!!! Tickets are marked up substantially with multiple extra fees and are certainly available much cheaper though the venue or any other seller. I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing tickets and there is no option for refunds, even minutes after the sale, although in my case my tickets would not be available to me until the day prior to the event. I could not even see what seats I had. I attempted to reach out to the company but only received a standard response stating that there are no refunds.

There is no scam. The delivery date is 3 months away. The seller has not violated any of the policies that you listed.

Your complaint about the cost is a classic case of buyer's remorse.
 
"guaruntee" is not a word.

They puport to offer a "100% guaruntee" but make it impossible, unless you are willing to miss the show. The tickets I supposedly purchased will not be availible to see until the day prior to the event. From thier Website:

You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets if:

  • Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.
  • Your order was accepted but not shipped in time for the event.
  • Your tickets were not valid for entry.(1)note Verified proof must be provided in letter form from the venue. Written or stamped "voids" do not constitute verified proof.
  • Your event is cancelled and is not rescheduled.(2)note 100% refund for a cancelled event does not include shipping.

At this point I spent almost $600 and have no tickets and will not know where my seats are or if I even have tickets until it is way to late to do anything about it. I already bought real tickets from the venue, which cost a bit over $300 (speaking to the price gouging). This scam company has not delivered a product but took my money. I stand by my report.

Posted at the top of the web page that you provided:
 
Resale marketplace, prices may be above face value.
 
The first paragraph of their Terms & Conditions clearly states in bold print:
 
All sales are final.
 
The first line of the second paragraph of their Terms & Conditions clearly states:
 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
 
The second paragraph also clearly states:
 
ABOVE FACE VALUE, Ticket prices may be above 'face value' listed on the ticket (they may also be below 'face value').
 
The first line of the fourth paragraph of their Terms & Conditions clearly states in bold print:
 
All sales are final… there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

You made a false allegation of a scam against Event Tickets Center. Their policies are clear and up front. You are suffering from a case of buyer's remorse.
