Eventbrite Event canceled, refund refused
I bought tickets to minefaire last spring. The event was first postponed, and then ultimately canceled. The company is refusing to give me a refund because it was organized by another party. However their own website states you can still refund for events canceled due to covid. They're refusing to honor their own words.
