Complaint Review: Ever Private Card

I was looking at a payday loan site and this companies site popped up. Since it was for a pre-paid card I wasn't interested so I clicked no. The page was already filled out with my info and as long as you click on the page they take that as permission to take your money.

I have contacted both my bank and this company. The company just tries to tell me that they did no wrong and will provide info to back up their claim. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks and should be in jail.
