Ever Private Card Service They stole money out of my checking account without my permission Ripoff Internet
I was online looking at payday loan websites, and apparently this Ever Private Card Service attached itself to one of the pages of the website. The next day they deducted $54.95 from my checking account with a fake check number (9999). I called my bank and reported the fact that I did not authorize this deduction and I wanted it taken off. They asked me to sign an affidavit, and I was going to do it but in the meantime this Ever Private Card Service promised to send me a refund check "within 10 days". That was a month ago and I haven't seen that check, and I'm pretty sure now that I never will. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and I'm going to follow through on signing the affidavit at the bank. These people are crooks and rip-off artists. The only way you can communicate with them is on some website, and they've even stopped responding to my efforts to find out what's going on. So BEWARE - and if these people have ripped you off, hit 'em where it hurts.
