I was taken by a company for 54.95 which was debited from my checking account. I have never heard of this company. I tried several times to get in contact with someone and that has been impossible. They offer a prepaid card or something like that. I put in a request for a refund and have received which I believe is an auto reply regardless of what information you input. I have spoken with my bank and read some complaints online about this company. I am following some steps that I have read that have been successful with people getting their money back. I think this is outrageous and something seriously needs to be done about it. I would like to know how many times have they done this and how are they getting away with this. Can legal action be taken? They just took money from me on 5/30 and I found out on 6/1. I just want my money and to be assured they will not be able to get into my account again. They use a fake check number which is 9999 that is what made me wonder about the transaction in the first place. Please help and let's stop this.

Applying for a payday loan on line, I also had money ( 49.95 ) taken out my checking account. I asked for a refund, and did get a check in the mail about 10 days later. I kept copies of all e-mails they sent me just in case I needed them for the bank. I was leary that the check would not clear, but I had no problems.

When I first e-mailed them for the refund I did let them know I would be filing fraud report at the bank. Hope it works out the same for you. Good luck
