Ever Successful Company NONE Fatal candy, had a rusted piece of metal inside was almost swallowed by my wife! Hong Kong, Internet
My wife and I went to one of these Asian grocery in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina to get our usual groceries for the week; it's an hour drive so we manage to get some treats each time we shop and one of these is this guava flavored candy that's made in CHINA. These comes in a big or small bags that are individually wrapped. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to show the exact State or City in China where it was made from, as it only indicated that it is made in China on the plastic bag nor did it show in the wrapper itself. Anyway, my wife was shocked to find out that one of those candies had a very rusty and sharp object that was inside the candy itself. She told me about it and we kept the piece of the candy in a safe place right after I got a magnet and experimented on it just to make sure that our suspicion was right and surely enough that a rusty piece of metal was inside that candy. Who should be liable for this and shuldn't our government do something about this?

What do you think the government should/can do? Who in the government do you think should do it? Did you report it to them? If you don't, they (whoever they is) will never know about it.
