Complaint Review: ever white

Well, I've been trying since 5/7/10 when I ordered this product to get my money back - $87.47.  I should've went to my bank sooner but I thought I was able to handle it on my own!  I cannot even begin to tell you how many calls I've made now trying to get my money back.  I've filed complaints with the State of Florida on them and on the FTC website.  My next one is going to be filed on the Internet Crome Compaint Center at WWW.ic3.gov  I will not stop until this company returns my money or they go under!  That is the only thing that will satisfy me at this point!  I'm tired of people stealing from me.  The one supervisor - Candice Colon had promised me in June that it would be my last phone call to them and that the money would be in my account by the end of that week.  Well there was a refund in the time she stated but it was only $20!!!  They still owe me $67.47 and I've heard so many different excuses now it's stupid!  Every phone call comes back to it will be in my account in 5-10 business days.  I mark my calendar and call them again and I WILL NOT STOP!  If you gave them credit card info CANCEL THE CARD IMMEDIATELY!  At one point they told me they couldn't refund me money because I closed the card.  Funny thing, I didn't tell them I closed it.  The Manager DAVID WEBB told me they cannot return my money until I reactivate the card - their system won't allow them to issue checks!  So I called the bank and was told that they can refund money as many times as they want but cannot ever charge money to it again; which is how they found out I closed my card.  And good luck trying to speak with anyone there that you can understand!  No one speaks English and have what I consider to be a Pakastainian accent!!!  Others I spoke to include:  Brittney, Stanley Parker, Candice Colon, Wendy, Camille and Dana Smith whom I spoke to at another company who dipped into our account with an unauthorized charge - it shows as NEWCLEAN NEWCLEANSE8 on our statement....hmm, makes you think huh?!!!
