Complaint Review: Evercom Correctinal Billing

This company is horrible and a complete scam. Their customer service is non exsitent, you will wait on hold for over an hour to only be hung up on and have to start the process over which gets you no where. They don't resolve problems. I have been tring for over a week to get help and they give you the same story 24 hrs and it will be fixed. It never is fixed. They will cut calls off and charge you for the full time, they won't give you a break down of calls and they charge way too much. How can they make us go through that cvompany I thought that was wrong/illegal to not give options to a consumer.
