Evercom Correctonal Billing Service Didn't tell me up fron how much each call would be, over charged me, ripoff Merchanicsburg Pennsylvania
I started using this service last month and i used a pre-paid visa i paid evercom $58.00 dollars to start this service they never told me how much each call woud be.after 4 calls from my husband my calls were blocked.I called cutomer service and they told me i was in the negative.they charged me $17.00 dollars for each call.any regular collect call from the county jail is only $8.00 dollars.Why do they charge so much when you pre-pay?
