evercom buisness is known for double dipping into your accouts. When in guestion about any unauthorized payments or billing make sure to double check your account. I've been a vicitm of evercom for too long, now that I taken action against them with my bank, they are still trying to find a way to get the money that is owed to me. I've talk to numerous of stupid customer service reps who will tell you basically the same thing you've told them.
