I am on disability and have recently appointed a new Representative Payee to handle my financial accounts. This company allowed my previous payee to enroll, without my consent, for membership with Everyday Values Gold. It was recently brought to my attention that I have been paying a $12 fee every month to this company that I have never heard of. I had my new payee cancel the membership. We received a confirmation number. However, the next and consecutive months, I am still being charged. After requesting to be compensated for the entire amount I had paid them, they sent me $36.00. I am still in the process of getting the full amount owed to me. They couldn't even send me information of what I'm paying for. They only mentioned that it was a entertainment discount membership.
