Complaint Review: Everest Consumer Services

i got a phonecall from everest consumer services stating i qualified to receive a mastercard for the one time fee of 299.00 from a joyce id # 9184 and it all sounded pretty good. i figured with my bad credit i would be required to pay for that priveledge. so i agreed, never got anything from the company.

i've been calling them for over two months and all they keep telling me is that the refund is under investigation. it's ccs and everest consumer services that should be under investigation.

i have contacted the federal trade comission and my attorney generals office to no avail. all they can do is record the complaint and when enough complaints are filed they will file and investigation of the company.
