Yes, I am another one that fell for their SCAM.. I have tried to call CCR several times and they keep giving me the run around I think they are part of the fraud. The next step is to file a complaint with the Post office for Mail fruad and then call the FBI in Alanta to see what they can do to help stop these guys. I sent the info back the next day I recieved it and was on the phone when I got the worthless paper work for a Credit card (not at all what they promised) they told me that i would recieve a refund in 15 to 30 days, then it was 15 to 30 business days and now they don't know where it is (CCR) I can't get a straight answer and have been hung up on everytime I call. They call themselves a Customer Service company. I will not rest till I have this company out of business and have my money back...

THIS COMPANY TRIED TO GET ME TOO!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Fri, August 27, 2004

This company called me also saying I was approved for a Visa Classic credit card with $2700 limit. But because I was scammed by another company who basically offered me the same thing, I didn't fall for it.

The company I was scammed by was called National Health Network (they have several AKA's also). It took almost three months, but they finally gave me my money back. I sent them certified letters, reported them to BBB and the AG. I also went to my bank who still sent them a reversal of charges request even though it was past the 60 days time limit.

I guess after all my harrassment they finally saw that I wasn't giving it up and would not stop until I got my money back. I also sent them a certified letter stating I would pursue criminal charges and a lawsuit if my money was not returned.

Those are the things that worked for me. Just be persistent. Bombard them with calls. Report them to every enforcement agency you can. Sooner or later, all these fraudulent companies will be out of business if enough people fight them.
