Complaint Review: Everett Satellite Communications

 I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy! My boyfriend and I made the mistake of letting these people provide us with satellite and Internet service. After going over package deals and prices, and ironing out EVERY detail, we set up an appt. for the installation. We already had a satellite service, so the process was only supposed to take 1 hour. The installers were at our house for 4 1/2 hours! They forgot parts, used our yard as a bathroom, one fell asleep on our couch, and they left both their personal trash and litter from the packaging all over our house and yard. One installer didn't know how to use my Mac, and one made extremely racial comments about African-Americans for over 30 min. We called our sales rep., Otto Harrison, to inform him of what happened. After apologizing and offering rebates, we felt better. However, he never came through. We called him twice a day for over a week; he never returned a single phone call. We then talked to a manger from Everett who also apologized and offered a discount. He was supposed to call us today, but we haven't received any calls. On top of everything, Otto Harrison, our representative, lied about pricing. Our bill is $85 more than it was supposed to be, and he lied about the size of the Internet package. He was very manipulative and untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE!
