January 14, 2009, Lucky Day. I received by regular mail a letter on letterhead reading PUBLISHER'S CLEARING HOUSE, and a check drawn on BANK OF AMERICA. Letter congratulated me on winning second place in Reader"s Digest Magazine 7 million drawing. Letter signed by Albert Garner, Financial Officer.

In the letter I was instructed to call represenative Mr. John Aker at 1 866 729 3962 Ext #1 Security Code XQ77U7_BEFORE___I deposited the check .The check was drawn on the account EVERGREEN MACHINE & FABRICATION
