BAD SERVICE and even WORST ACCOUTABILITY!
We have had them for 3 years, they came out and snow plowed our driveway or should I say 'Gravel Plowed' our driveway. They literally plowed our gravel... I mean truck fulls... off of our driveway and onto our grass and almost took out an 8 foot tall tree in the process. Once we called them Carol was quick to point out that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERTY damage... are you kiddin gme! Since when is business not resposible for breaking their customer's property. After much proddeing they finally agreed to send a crew to shovel the gravel back onto the driveway and fix the bent over tree... they didn't... they literally left before doing a quater fo the driveway and the tree, heat it's bent over and dead.
After we calle them back and told them that their crew did literally nothing and left and that we would not pay the $100 bill until the gravel was shoveled back, they threatened to sue; the never did.. suprise, suprise. We will instead be spending over $500 to fix their damage and send them a bill via small claims... lets see them walk away from that one.
One last note: This is our 2nd such incident with this business the first was when they were weed whipping our property and they broke our neighbor's window when they weed whipped a rock into it... they denied that one too. Seriously though... BAD SERVICE and even WORST ACCOUTABILITY!
