In 2003 I was notified through Experian credit reporting agency that my husbands credit had been pulled by someone at Evergreen Mortgage Company. It didn't make any sense except his ex-wife worked there. At that time we were trying to get a loan for building our new home and could not have anyone pull our credit report as it would effect our loan. I called and spoke with Linda the Vice-President about what had happened. At first Linda was not very concerned saying she couldn't control her employees from pulling a report, I was furious. I then contacted my attorney and took his advise. I called Linda back and told her that I had spoke with my attorney and she said she would call me right back. Linda called back and said she had spoke with her attorney and to give me what I needed. I asked her to have the inquiry removed, write a letter saying what happened and I wanted to know what actions she was going to take to protect my husband from this happeneing again. Linda requested some information from the employee who requested the report and came to the conclusion that the information was falsey provided (forgery). Linda terminated the employee at that time and re-hired her again in February 2005. I can not believe Pacific Evergreen would put their trust in that person again. The inquirey was never removed from my husbands repory either.

I think people should know what type of people they are dealing with since our private and personal information can be so easly abused. The employee who was at fault should not have access to anyones report, but being a Assistant Manager Loan Officer I am sure she is still pulling reports.

Dear Ms. Mcxxxx,
Pursuant to our telephone conversation this morning I spoke with our Credit Reporting
Agency. As a courtesy to you I requested the credit report ordered on August 27th be
nullified and removed from your credit record. Please keep in mind that Evergreen has
multiple signed authorizations from you allowing us the ability to order these reports
for processing purposes. The only record we have on file requesting us to cancel your
loan is an e-mail initiated from our company dated September 13, 2007 notifying you of a
Statement of Termination by Evergreen after which you replied "this is not okay with me;
no one gave you permission to run my credit report..."
Lastly, I will forward to you a copy of my letter to the credit reporting agency after
which the decision to remove the report is up to the three credit bureaus. Since I've
addressed your concerns in this matter I request you contact rippoffreport.com and
withdraw your complaint. Your file with our company has been closed.
Sincerely
Dwight Deely

Employee Abuse of Confidentiality

All loan officers hired by our company are educated about the need to protect the privacy of clients. Strict policies are enforced that protect this information and any loan originator that orders credit reports without the written consent of the client are reprimanded, and in most circumstances, terminated. I cannot respond in detail to this particular accusation but our company does not tolerate this type of conduct. I sincerely hope that anyone wishing to research our record will contact the better business bureau or contact me directly to address this or similiar issues.
Sincerely
Dwight Deely
President
