I had a portrait done of my late husband that was not right. I recieved an OK to return the portriat, sent it back the middle of December. I called in January or Feb. and was told that my refund was OKed but not sent. They did not know why. But i would recieve it in 2 weeks. They still have my money. And i would like it back. Thanks
