Complaint Review: EverlyMuscle

I believe I had an advertisement on Amazon for this product.  It was available for shipping cost only of $4.97.  So I ordered it and gave credit card to pay for shipping.  The next 4 months it arrives in a simple package with no return address and just the product.  No invoice or any paperwork, so I just assumed it was for same amount.  I didn't check my bank account until the 5th month when I saw a recurring charge of $89.37 from EverlyMuscle. I tried to look it up on the internet to no avail. 

Finally, I got a hold of someone and told them I wanted to cancel immediately.  I didn't even know what the charge was for until she told me the cream.  I then said I had one that hadn't been opened and wanted a full refund.  She said I could get the next one for 60% off.  I told her no.  Then she said I could have 30% refund and keep product.  I told her no again.  Then she finally told me I would recieve a full refund and could keep the product.  They evidently didn't want to give an address out either.  

Somewhere on the advertisement maybe had in very fine print, it was a recurring charge but I never saw it nor did I see a price of $89.37 for a very tiny bottle of cream.  It is complete fraud!!!!
