I filled a payday loan application from the internet; they passed the information to other companies. A few days later, I noticed that $49.95 was deducted from my checking account. I called the bank and told them I did not authorize that transaction. I filled out a bank fraud report and just found out that my bank is not going to re-imburse me for the money. So, in essence, I was scammed twice; once by the EverPrivateCard company and now by my bank.

I would like to see this company put out of business; they tried to debit my account, using a different name, for $159.00 and for $4.95. My bank reversed the payments, but still charged me a $34.00 fee for all 3 transactions. And will not reimburse me. They(the bank)claim it is my fault and they will not come between the EverPrivateCard company and me. The bank's name is National City.

I'd like to recoup this money. I'll file a lawsuit if I have to; but I want my money back. All of it!!
