EVERY FLOOR (FLORIDA) NON RESPONSE ; NON PERFORMANCE ; RUDE ATTITUDE, Internet
We ordered glass tiles from Everyfloor (distributor for DalTile) on April 5, 2001 and paid $429.87) which includes freight to our home.
Delivery was promised in 2-3 weeks. Tiles were shipped from Florida via ERC Freight on May 10. The merchandsie was deliverred to a warehousde in Maryland. The freight company will not release the tiles, as EveryFloor has not paid them.
Everyfloor will not answer their phone.....Just simply no response. We've been calling them daily at 888 252 2621 (try it)
I see no end to this issue. Customer Service said "Ill take care of it" the one time I got through on May 13 . I will not pay this merchant , as they are incompetent, rude, and don't desrve to be in Business. Thec State's Attourney of Florida will be my next contact.
