Complaint Review: Everybody rides of baton rouge and Lafayette area

Everybody rides of baton rouge and Lafayette area Lela with castille financial services I have to vehicles with everybody rides a jeep patriot and a Hyundai elantra My account manager had call and said because I haven't responded to none of her phone calls they had to cut both vehicles off because the Electra has a past due balance( what type of s*** is that) so I ask why did they cut the jeep off if the note has been paid and her words was both vehicles are in your name so I got to cut both vehicles off so I told her I might be turning in the Elantra because I can't afford paying 4 car notes a month and she was like well until I hear further information on the vehicles it has to stay off I was like ok so when I tried making multiples calls to let her know I no longer want the elantra her exenction sending me straight to voicemail every time I called her so now I'm calling the baton rouge area and my account manager and no one is responding, everybody rides is nothing but a ripoff they staff are too. I'm already paying for a mechanical bill that I'm not suppose to be paying and plus my car notes it's just too much now I want to turn in the elantra and no one isn't responding so what the he'll do I do?
