I was introduced to Everycontractor.com through A compoany called EGIA.
I respected EGIA and as they introduced Everycontractor.com to me I took what they said as factual.

They promesed that they would give a 20 to 1 return on my money or a full refund after 1 year.

They explained that they where so successful at generating leads for contracting componeys like mine that in most cases I would have to pull my advertising from time to time just to handel the leads they generated.

Well after 1 year and only $350 ( total job, including parts ) and no other income or leads generated I called the company for a refund.
( By the way I did call once a month to find out why I was not reciving leads and was told that there will be TV adds in my area promoting
Everycontractor.com and my leads would BOOM).

I spoke to the head customer service lady, Mekla Angalina.

She explained that i did not respond to one of the e-mails sent to me during the year and this caused me to forfit any refund that I was promesed, $3000.00

She explained that she was sorry and that she wanted me to get full value for my $ 3000.00 dollars and even though it was going to cost Everycontractor.com more then $3000.00 she was going to extend my usless lead generating.

I am not happy with this, being lied to and riped off.

The sales man Michael Anthoney that made the deal with me is no longer availible and not with the companey.

If you are looking to generate leades for your busness and have been approuched or heard of Evercontractor.com LOOK OUT.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU TOO!!!

I am the Director Of Customer Compliance here with Everycontractor. I would like to offer the following statements in response to the above complaint.

First and foremost before we consider any contractor to be pert of our service we do make sure that they agree to the terms and conditions which are as follows...

1. Make sure your profile is completed, accurate and updated at least once every 90 days

2. Accept or reject all leads within 24 hours of them being assigned to you

3. Contact customers within 24 hours and make a concerted effort to win the job.

4. If you reject a lead that does not match your company or geographical area, you must update your company profile within 72 hours.

5. Keep EveryContractor informed of current contact information so your Preferred Contractor Support Manager or Project Coordinator will be able to connect you with the Project Requester.

6. Complete the Feedback form on all job leads within 2 weeks of the job lead being assigned to your account on residential jobs and 3 weeks on commercial jobs. If you are unable to complete the feedback form online, please be sure to call Customer Service, your Project Coordinator or your Account Manager to give us your feedback on every job. If you are in the process of contacting, negotiating or completing a job that we have assigned to you, please let us know within the two or three week period.

7. Let Everycontractor know if you are rejecting a job because of being too busy.

8. If you have a payment plan, your guarantee does not begin until you pay in full

9. Provide us a minimum of five (5) digital photos of your work within 14 days from today so we have them for your potential customers to view.

These terms and conditions are crucial in assuring the success within the service and to keep the money back guarantee valid. In this case the customer DID NOT follow the terms of the service which are pretty simple and although he was out of compliance, we were willing to extend his enrollment to assist him realize the value of his purchase. He declined the offer.

We are, as always, committed to the satisfaction of each of our clients, but we are also bound by the terms and conditions of each purchase, as are the purchasers.
