Their salesman contacted me repeatedly trying to get me to put charges on my credit card above my credit card limit saying I wouldn't be billed for 30 days and before then I would have a construction contract and be working and he would make sure that my card would not be charged until I was paid from the contract they had for me. After dozens of phone calls trying different slants to get money I fell for a fax of a check that was suppose to be only to verify that I actually had a valid checking account and If I would agree in the recorded legal department conversation to the debit as the salesman advised he promised to hold the debit for as long as it took for me to complete the job he had waiting for me to do so I could be paid first. They even stopped the recording when I said something contrary to what they wanted me to say so the salesman could break into the conversation and assure me that he would do what we talked about and to just agree with their legal department. Now after multiple overdraft charges and my mortgage payment gone because they immediately debited my account I can't get the salesman to answer my calls and I have no contracts and hoping I don't get evicted before I can find work. This comes on the heels of a gen. contractor on my last painting job defaulting on our contract for 15K. I am sad there are so many people who make a living preying off the unsuspecting and trusting honest by taking advantage of their situations. May God have mercy on their souls!
