After again requesting a refund, which I was told by Tara Doney I would be eligible for if I stayed for a year, was compliant for that year and they did not meet ROI, (she no longer works there) I was told by Cindy that I was not gertting a refund because I was non-compliant. FROM WO YEARS AGO WITH ONE LEAD NOT PICKED UP!
In two years, after wasting 3000.00 wuith these criminals, I have received to date, the following lead:

Again, I refer you back to my previous posts, wher I can PROVE that this lead was never received by me, and because I picked it up late, (even though I landed the gig), I am now considered non-compliant FOREVER. I will never be eligible for a refund, and am only once again being offered "SPECIAL MARKETING PROGRAMS" with Google & Yahoo. Funny thing though - Google First Klass Window Cleaning - my own web site shows up, of course, and my listing through Service Magic shows up. Nothing linking back to these rip-off artists. BECAUSE THEY ARE A S-C-A-M!
STAY AWAY. Please for the love of GOD, you'll be better served starting your money on fire and watching it burn than spending a DIME with these well rehearsed liars, scam artists, criminals, thugs and absolute scum of the Earth people employed or associated with Every Contractor.
DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! They are run by a did-the-time in the big house felon. That should say it all. I WISH I knew about ripoffreport.com BEFORE I WASTED MY TIME with ER Management.
I have received so many emails from companies across the country sharing their story about this lousy company. Thank you & keep them coming.
Spread the word, let's put these bums out of business once and for all and let them collectively crawl back under the rocks they oozed out of.
I PRAY that they file a rebuttal.
They suck, they are liars, and they all deserve a special place in Hell.

You know, it's funny that even though these dirtbags have produced exactly ONE LEAD in 2 years, CLEARLY VIOLATING THEIR END OF MY GUARANTEED RETURN ON INVESTMENT - I am the only one "not compliant" when it comes to the Terms & Conditions of the contract.
I have even told them that if they could produce a dollar for daollar return three grand in work - I'd shut up & go away.
After being lied too again, regarding refund eligibility after another full year of compliance, it's no longer about the money. ER Management is ownwed, operated and run by convicted criminals, liars, cheats and scumbags. This is the type of thing Bernie Madoff just went to prison for - why not the owners of Every Contractor?
STAY AWAY. These are NOT GOOD PEOPLE!
They should all be dragged behind a fast moving vehicle, dipped in honey after their skin is gone and placed on top of a hill full of hungry ants. Even THAT would be too good for these criminals.
